Cookies & Cache Policy
A plain-language record of what is stored, why it is used, and how you control optional processing.

1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to blackpapers.in and explains how BlackPapers, a brand operated by Tributaries Unicorn LLP, uses cookies, browser storage, third-party scripts, and caches. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
The mechanism is designed to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 as their provisions come into force. It does not replace advice from qualified Indian privacy counsel.
2. What these technologies are
Cookies are small values stored by a website in your browser. Local storage lasts until it is changed or cleared; session storage normally ends when a tab or browser session ends. Scripts and embedded content can contact another provider. A cache is a temporary copy of an asset or page used to make delivery faster; caching is not itself an advertising preference.
3. Your three choices

Enables necessary storage and preferences such as your colour theme. Analytics, live support, and the map stay blocked.
Decline
Keeps only storage needed for security, authentication, service delivery, and recording your privacy choice.
No optional category is enabled before your choice. Necessary storage cannot be switched off through this tool because it supports security, authentication, requested services, and the preference record. You may still block it in your browser, but parts of the site may stop working.

5. Changing or withdrawing consent
Use the button below or “Manage cookies” in the footer at any time. A new choice is recorded with a random consent ID, policy version, timestamp, enabled categories, and limited browser information. We do not store your IP address solely for the consent record. Withdrawing does not undo processing that occurred before withdrawal or automatically erase data already held by a third party.
6. Cache controls
Browsers, our application server, hosting provider, and content-delivery services may temporarily cache public pages, images, scripts, and styles to improve speed and reliability. Private admin pages, authentication data, uploaded documents, and form-response data are not intended for public caching. An authorised administrator can refresh public website caches after approved content changes. That action cannot clear copies already held in a visitor’s browser.
7. International processing and children
Google and Tawk.to may process data outside India under their own service arrangements. Tawk.to states that its data is stored in the United States. Our services are not directed to children under 18, and optional analytics, profiling, or live-support storage should not be enabled on behalf of a child without the legally required verifiable parental consent.
8. Rights, grievances, and contact
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to a summary of personal data and processing, correction, completion, erasure, consent withdrawal, grievance redressal, or nomination. If the internal process does not resolve a covered grievance, you may use the Data Protection Board of India route when available under the applicable provisions.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update the date and version when this policy changes. If a change materially expands optional, consent-based processing, we will ask for a fresh choice rather than treating continued browsing as consent.
